Ship a Car Direct

This was our first experience shipping a car. After checking many, many online shipping companies, I decided to try ship a car direct. It turned out to be a very smooth experience. I was given a quote right away, then we is covered that our son's car was not running. Karen, at ship a car direct informed me that it would cost more and could take a little longer to find a driver. To our surprise, the next morning we were contacted by the driver of the truck from L& M trucking. Mark, the driver was wonderful. He called to tell me when he would be there, and when I told him it would take me 45 minutes to get there, he said he would do another run first and be there in a few hours hours. He stayed in touch to let me know he was running a few minutes late. When he arrived, he reassured me and told me that my car was on his watch and all would be okay. Stayed in touch along the way to say it would be a day later as he would have to reroute due to snowstorm. Car arrived in perfect condition and on time. Ship a car direct stayed in touch the entire time also. They sent information during the process to help keep us informed. It was a smooth experience. I would highly recommend them and will use them again, if I ever ship a car.
