I am very satisfied with Ship a Car Direct. Stefan, the customer representative who helped me with the shipping, answered every question I have. She was patient and dedicated for locating and assigning a transporter for me. She also kept following up with me for the status. The transporter they assigned was also responsible for the job. He contacted me to confirm address and time ahead and arrived exactly on time. The car is in good condition when it was delivered. I would recommend Ship a Car Direct to my friends definitely.
