Coming from someone who initially had little to no experience or knowledge when it came to shipping a car, ship a car direct had all of the material and information readily available right on their website. They answered all of my questions and concerns with ease and set me up woth a dependable carrier all within a day or two. Not only did they walk me through the process of shipping my car, but they also quoted me the lowest price after shopping around with other companies. I was ready to shell out twice the amount of what i paid, being naive to the process. All in all i would rate them 5 stars and recommend them to anyone looking to transport their car. Their honesty and support was a great comfort. Even after the car was successfully in my possession, they followed up on my overall experience.
