Ship a Car direct was as advertised-a great company. They contacted me once I inquired about them and did not pressure me as other companies did. I had a liaison that contacted me once I decided to use them and I felt like I was in good hand. This is my first time shipping a car, but I heard about all the tricks that transport companies could pull. This was a very boring experience meaning that it was a good experience. They never bait and switched and when my car arrived it looked the same as it did when I left it. I would definitely recommend them and can see why they have a BBB A+ rating. My only reason for giving them a four star rating vice five star is that I wished that during the cross-country transport they would have given me a status update e.g., "Your car is in Texas it is looks like we will arrive in California within the next two days". That way if I decided to sample more BBQ in Memphis or golf in Scottsdale I could adjust my schedule. Luckily I arrived at my destination a day before my car.
