All in all a good experience. My only disappointment was not knowing a time window when the vehicle would be picked up. While the day was correct, they did not tell me any time window. By 5 pm, after taking a day off of work, I called, because i was wondering if they were coming at all, I then received a call back two hours later that the truck would be by around 8 pm. I was originally quoted $695 for the trip with the reason given that it was a bit higher because of the end-point location. Later, after confirmation and agreement, it was quoted as $750 from a specific carrier, again, wit the reason being the end point destination.. Seems final confirmation first would have been better to simply state $750 up front, after confirming the carrier.
