Thanks for the feedback, Rebecca. So sorry we didn't know the payment terms didn't get across to you - frankly, it seems to be the part people find boring until it's too late. We do put it in the terms and conditions on the order form, and in the emailed dispatch notices and reminders, and we also mention it in calls/voicemails about the carrier assignment.(Luckily, any future shipper who reads this will be prepared!)
