This was my first time using a vehicle transport service. My wife found Ship A Car Direct on researching google and they got great reviews. My case was fairly simple. I just needed to get my son's car from Iowa, where he had been working, back to Texas. I did not have any time constraints, but I was looking for a reasonable price to have the car transported. Stephan walked me through placing my order and getting me a good quote and hauler. The transporter they selected got the car back to Texas safely and in a timely manner. The car was dirty on arrival but considering it was in an open trailer and came halfway across the country, I expected that. The transporter handled the car with great care. If I am ever in need of transporting a vehicle, I will call Ship A Car Direct.
