This was the first time using this type of service. Calls and email contacts were handled efficiently and promptly. I had two complaints - 1: The carrier requested an additional 75.00 on top of the quote I was given. However, Matt offered to split the difference on final payment. 2: I was never contacted by the carrier. It was my understanding that the carrier would contact me prior to, the day of and during transport. I was called by the driver when he was less than one hour from delivery. Fortunately, I was home. However, I should have been provided an estimated delivery day and time. The vehicle was delivered safely and in the condition it was picked up.
