After doing a lot of research, I shipped my car from Boston to San Francisco using Ship a Car Direct. I was really skeptical of all of the other sites that I looked at, but Ship a Car Direct not only had excellent reviews from other customers, they also had really helpful videos that answered almost all of my questions. It was also nice to have a customer service representative assigned to me from my quote all the way to delivery. A few times it was difficult to directly get a hold of him by phone, but over all he was great at sending periodic updates and helpful tips on how to deal with the actual carrier. When my vehicle arrived it was dirty (because it had traveled across the country in an open carrier) but not damaged and the pickup was easier with those tips in mind.
