I found Ship a Car on line from a Google search, after reading their reviews and checking for complaints on BBB site we decided to proceed with them. This is the first time we ever attempted such a service. Communicating with them was very easy and straight forward, it took 2 days to identify a shipper and information sent about the shipper turned out to be very accurate. Because of a snow storm, the driver was delayed by a day, he communicated it to us via phone and went out of his way to conveniently pick up the car the following evening. He was extremely apologetic and even offered to discount his services. He delivered the car to a convenient place and time in the Bronx, NY. We decided because of his service, we turned down his offer to discount his rate. We would highly recommend this service and would not think twice about using them again.
