This was our 1st time shipping our car. I contacted with 3 different companies and settled on Ship a Car Direct. Our contact Angela was so helpful and her constant communication reassured us. She sent us various videos to watch regarding the process and any questions were answered right away. As the time drew near we got a little nervous as we hadn't heard from the driver. Angela called the company and, boom, we got a call telling us when to expect the pickup. All in all a great experience and yes, we would do it again!
