My son needed to ship his car from Maryland to California. I checked the BBB website and saw Ship A Car Direct had a great rating so I contacted them. I was able to set the shipment up completely online. I did contact them by phone once to contact the hauler and the customer service and response times were great. The car arrived on time, without damage and all items in the car were undisturbed. We were quoted a 7-9 day delivery window and it was there in exactly one week so that made my son very happy. My son also contacted the hauler to set up delivery at his end and that went very smoothly and the hauler was quick to get back to him with a delivery window. The price was not the lowest quote I received but it was on the lower end and I have to say I would use them again next time I need to ship a car. Thanks Ship A Car Direct!
