Very nice experience with the car transport company. All the emails were following the price quote were very informative. The customer rep that I dealt with was very knowledge and worked hard get a make-up after the first carrier who agreed to take the car fell through. Was still able to get car picked up on the desired date. Only minor issue was that the first carrier requested additional 100 dollars above the quote got from Ship A Car. Felt like I had to take the price or start over. Also, charged the extra for the second carrier. But the driver was very nice and drove late at night to get the car here the same day. Keep the second carrier company and drop the first. When call - got he voice mail - assume this is a very busy time - but the follow up call and email were always prompt. Also, I like that they wanted to know about the driver service and if my car was delivered on time and in good condition. Would use again but get firmer pricing.

There are some routes where the pricing is stable, and some routes that fluctuate more with the season or because an area is underserved. Either way, your final price is always dependent on an agreement with an independent carrier, and all of our stellar carriers set their own prices. We try to find the lowest price for you, but sometimes the only carrier option available in your time frame is one who requires a bit more than our estimate.
