My brother lives in Florida, and we bought him a car in MA. I was in charge of making all the arrangements for transport, as the car was bought in the same town in which I live. After a lengthy search of companies and careful consideration of other reviews online, I decided to go with Ship A Car Direct. The customer service was every bit as good as I had read online. I told them the week before that the car would be ready on March 7th, so they could pick it up anytime after that. Stefan, the customer service rep, kept in constant contact with me through emails and phone calls. I was assigned a carrier, USA Global out of MA and the car was picked up on Tuesday afternoon, March 8th. The driver was very professional. We went over the entire car, noting any scratches, dings or dents on the Bill of Lading before I signed the paperwork. I had already taken pictures of the car, but took a bunch more after he loaded it on the truck. The driver, David of USA Global, was in contact with my brother during the 3 days from MA to FL. The car was delivered to my brother's home on Friday, March 11th, just as David had projected. My brother noted how professional David was and how careful he was in unloading the car. My observation was the same when the car was loaded up here in MA. We are beyond pleased with our experience with Ship A Car Direct and with the carrier, USA Global. We would not hesitate to use Ship A Car Direct again or to recommend them to anyone needing their services. Everything went smoothly from start to finish!
