This was my first time working with a carrier service. Overall it went pretty smoothly, I was charged $100 more than my original quote which was unexpected, but besides that everything was the same. I prepared for the possibility of my car being picked up later than planned because of the research I did when looking for carriers so the fact that it was picked up just a day later wasn't an issue. Everyone who I spoke with in the process was friendly- they provide so many videos and other information to answer any questions that you may have. In the end, my car was delivered in perfect timing and in the same condition. It was really dirty, but that is bound to happen when it's in an open carrier and you're traveling from state to state. I'd use this company again if I ever need it in the future.
