I've used Ship Direct twice this year. I was always thoroughly informed on the process- when my car would be picked up and delivered. Both times the driver was professional and the experience stellar. Both times the car arrived in perfect condition and was dropped off exactly where we needed it. The drivers have always been flexible and informative.
