Emily in customer sales was great - very pleasant and efficient, and really took care to give me enough information to make me feel comfortable entrusting my car to her company for transport.

Pickup and delivery were smooth, and the car arrived on-time with no damage whatsoever. It did arrive extremely dirty, though that's to be expected when shipping in open carrier across country in stormy weather.

My only minor complaint would be that pickup was one day later than promised, and phone communication with the trucker directly was iffy. However this was resolved when I called Ship-a-Car-Direct's customer service, who were very helpful. And the driver was very courteous and professional when he delivered the car.

Overall, a very good experience, and I would certainly use this company again.
