Ship a Car Direct's reviews are without a doubt legitimate.

You hear horror stories about people having issues during a long distance move related to a car carrier e.g., Having to get hotel rooms for their family and missing flights while they wait for the car hauling company, Getting to their new place of residence and having to rent a car..Where on the planet is my car and so on...Long distance moves are stressful enough let alone having to deal with any of those things.

Joe at JR's NW Auto Transport Service did a great job at communicating and was (most importantly for me) on time. One of the cars that Joe moved was a Hot rod with custom paint and I had a good feeling that it was being well taken car of.

I was charged what was quoted and only paid a deposit upfront.
The only thing I wish could have been done differently is to be able to pay for the remaining balance with credit card when the vehicles arrived instead of cash or cashiers check.

I have another car move coming up and I will be calling them again.
