From scheduling pickup to delivery and return of vehicle, it went through quite smoothly. Ship a Car Direct was thorough in selecting a good driver and making the process easy. Matt was our contact person for Ship a Car Direct and was always available via phone or email. The driver actually came the night of the planned pickup, introduced himself, went over documentation, signed and he took the vehicle. Reaching out to either Ship a Car Direct or the driver while in transit was easy as I had personal numbers of both. The driver kept me updated throughout the trip. Picking up the vehicle was as easy as watching it get removed from the truck, reviewing entire vehicle, signing, and driving away! No damage what so ever was done to my vehicle (except it was quite dirty) I would recommend Ship a Car Direct to anyone looking for a vehicle delivery either across town or across the country.
