Before selecting Ship a Car Direct, I did extensive research. There are so many horror stories about auto transport companies in general that I was extremely anxious about the process. What helped me choose Ship A Car Direct were the numerous positive reviews and ratings on consumer reporting sites. Reading about how well Ship a Car Direct had handled nightmarish situations and took care of their clients set my mind at ease.
I reached out for a quote and received a great price quote within a few hours. Scott was helpful and receptive to the details of my situation and my needs regarding shipment (my '73 MG Midget is extremely small and many companies were having issues trying to ship it on an open trailer). I paid the deposit that day and the next day was assigned a carrier, Osmanli Trucking LLC. I reached out to the carrier and he picked up the car a few hours later (the same day). The driver was polite, accommodating, and kept me updated on his anticipated arrival date and time. The car was picked up in California and delivered six days later to Indiana, without any damage. Ship A Car Direct made the process painless!
