While I had an unpleasant experience with the first transport company assigned to my vehicle, the second company was extremely respectful and efficient in both picking up and delivering my vehicle. Overall, I was very pleased with the condition of my vehicle (a new 2015 Prius) upon its arrival in Florida. I wholeheartedly recommend Ship a Car Direct.
