I am overall very pleased with my experience shipping my car coast to coast through Ship A Car Direct. Initially it was a bit difficult to get someone to contact me after I submitted my quote request online. But after I finally got to talk to an assigned representative, Emily, things went smoothly. I signed up on a Monday and she was able to schedule a local car shipping company VT Hauler for me on Wednesday. My car got picked up Thursday morning and delivered without a scratch the following Tuesday. The driver (Garrett) at VT Hauler was polite, thorough in check-ups, timely and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend to anyone who needs to ship their cars!
