This is the 2nd vehicle you guys shipped for me. The first time I worked with Dale who was great. He kept me very informed of the next step during the process. The second time I worked with Emily who also kept me informed from beginning to end. You really don't received the actual pickup date until 24-48 hours of your requested date. This had me nervous but your staff did a great job of assuring me everything was on schedule and this was normal.

I would recommend using Ship a Car Direct to anyone who ask. My mother may also use you guys in the near future.
