I have to say, I'm very impressed by Ship A Car Direct. I recently moved from Virginia to California. I had never shipped a vehicle before and was completely lost. Stress is not even an applicable word to express how I was feeling. What made things worse was I had a very short amount of time to find a company, get the car picked up, and shipped. At most I had a week. After many hours of searching and many companies crossed off the list I came across Ship A Car Direct. I was immediately impressed with the presentation and professionalism shown on their website. The prices were quite reasonable as well. I ultimately decided to go ahead with Ship A Car Direct. I signed up online, gave my desired pick up date and within moments had received an email from one of their reps, Dale. He sent me some basic information as well as some of his companies certifications and awards. These helped calm my stress as I knew my car would be in good hands. Dale communicated saying the short notice pick up was no problem and that he would get to work and contact me shortly. Later that night I received an email from Dale confirming that he had assigned a carrier for my vehicle. The email included the info on the truck, the driver and the pick up time. A day or two later the truck driver arrived and picked up my vehicle. He safety loaded it onto the truck and told me it would take about a week for my car to make it across the country. As promised, my car was delivered to my doorstep around a week later in the same condition it was picked up. I must say I'm truly impressed with this service. Dale made one of the most stressful periods of my life a total breeze. He was super communicative and helpful. I would 100% recommend this service to anyone looking to ship a vehicle.
