Ship-A-Car was overall satisfactory. The guys that handled my order were easy to get a hold of and worked efficiently. The guy that actually drove the car hauler was accurate on his pick up and delivery times. The only issue was my order did not get slotted very fast when I place it. I waited a week and a half to get a hauler assigned to me. I wanted my car before I moved from Sunnyvale, CA, to San Diego- but it wasn't going to make it in time before my move out date, so I had to change the delivery location to San Diego and wait another week. The car was a little dirty, but there was no damage to it. The truck driver was very experienced and took his time loading and unloading.
