After my initial selection of Ship a Car Direct, Gaby had informed me of each step of the process. I was very happy with this close detail as it is my first car being shipped and I was somewhat paranoid that someone would just drive my car around at their leisure. After Ivan delivered my car and reviewed the details with me, I was happy that the car was delivered promptly and in once piece. I will say that the process was less painful than I though it would be and I'm happy to have chosen Ship a Car Direct.
