I had contacted an other company and pretty much got jerked around. I called and got Scott at Ship a Car Direct and from the first phone call everything was done in a very efficient and professional way. I took a few days to submit my request and as soon as I did I was recontacted by Scott and he advised me that he was working on finding a carrier to meet my request. By 5pm on the day I requested the vehicle be picked up I received a call from Scott and the carrier driver and the vehicle was off to Salt Lake City. The driver advised me the vehicle would be there within 5 days and the delivery to my son went without a hitch.
The driver not only contacted me and was on time for the pick up he also contacted my son out west and was early for the delivery. Without a doubt I would recommend Ship a Car Direct for anyone transporting a vehicle. Thank you Scott for making everything go so well.
