I don't normally post reviews but this is probably one of the first times that I have such exceptional service. It started with Scott at ship a car direct where I had called early to book my car about a month early after dealing with some less than satisfactory companies getting quotes. He seemed to be the easiest to deal with and not pushy. He told me to call back about 2 weeks before I needed my car shipped so that my quote would be close as possible to the final cost. There was no pressure to book right there when I first called the month early. He setup my date for the driver to come pick up my car (they ask for a 3 day window) and also told me it would be about a week to get my car to New Mexico. Which I was completely fine with since other companies were quoting 14 days or more depending on weather. The driver contacted me a couple days before to let me know he would be coming on the first day I needed the car picked up in my window from 305 transport. He showed up pretty much right on time and communicated with me the whole time up till he got to my complex. He pulled up fairly close to my complex where I met him to load the car. He was extremely friendly and knowledgable about the subject matter and I felt comfortable leaving my car with him. He then proceeded to tell me he would have my car in New Mexico by Friday (I was thinking like a week and half) but really he meant 3 days which was insane in my opinion. I literally flew in on Friday and had my car by 7pm that night I landed. It was in the exact condition I left it with him, the final transaction was easy and I would use both companies again in a heart beat. And just to clarify yes Ship a Car offers $30 rebate to submit the review but honestly the service was worth writing this anyways but I thank them for the beer money!
