Ship A Car Direct communicated very efficiently by email and over the phone. They worked with on exact dates and even let us change our location within a week of shipping the car to allow us an easier location to have the car picked up at and to save some money. The carrier that was assigned was professional, but we had some issues corresponding with them and they were a few hours past their anticipated time frame. The carrier was in communication with us a day in advance and did give us at least half day notice for delivery. Ship A Car Direct was very helpful throughout the process as we had many questions with this being the first time we transported a car let alone a cross the country.
