The process to ship my Honda Civic was made incredibly easy using Ship a Car Direct's services. They were willing to work with me to plan the pick up and drop off locations (Door-to-door service was a huge plus.) Most of all they were upfront and honest about the pricing (no hidden fees of any sort) which was what I appreciated the most.

The carrier was professional and timely. He arrived to pick up my car earlier than I expected and came to drop it off even earlier than he said he would which was a pleasant surprise. Since the truck carrying my car was open, seeing a layer of dirt on it was expected and there wasn't any damage in comparison to my before photos I took.

Overall (as this was my first time shipping a car) this was an excellent experience and I would recommend it to friends and family to use.
