This is the second time I've used Ship a Car Direct, and each time they've been very professional, offered competitive rates, and were easy to work with. This time the driver was a couple hours earlier than the originally forecast delivery window, and the dispatcher called me with plenty of notice to make sure I would be at home at the new delivery time. This was very helpful, since I was actually out at that time, although I was on my way home when they called. They gave me plenty of notice to ensure I would be there, and the driver arrived almost to the minute of the updated delivery time. As with my first use of their service, the driver was friendly, professional, had all paperwork in order, with clear documentation of prexisting damage on the vehicle, and delivered it in the exact condition it was in when it was loaded. Overall great service and good people, from quoting to delivery. I would definitely recommend.
