Very quick move and no damage to my car

My car was transported quickly and arrived in good condition. The whole process was much faster than I expected which was great, but I had to scramble to have a relative pick up my car and pay the truck driver for me because the car arrived before I did. I had 24 hours notice with regard to the day and time for the pick up of my car, but I only had a couple hours notice on the drop off day so that was my only complaint.
After Ship A Car assigned a company/driver to me, I dealt directly with the truck driver. He was polite and responsive. I had to give him the address of a nearby shopping plaza that we could meet at because the tractor trailer couldn't be driven through a residential community. So that is something to keep in mind when scheduling- try to have a shopping plaza, Walmart, or grocery store parking lot in mind that you can meet the truck driver at if you live in a residential neighborhood where big trucks can't go.
Overall, I was happy with the experience.
