Sorry your car arrived too quickly, Michael! And sorry there was confusion around the rebate for the review. Yes, we do offer a rebate in exchange for a review (compensated reviews are marked as such on this site). We don't have a general "money back guarantee" just for using our services but we do have a "damage free guarantee", and that is phrase is used express our assistance and insurance against damage.
