Good service- bad estimated timing

Everything was good, Matt was good to deal with, no complaints there, and he kept me informed with do's and don'ts along the way. However, I missed an entire week of work because they told me 6-9 days, and my car got there in 3. To anyone else this would have been great but I didn't appreciate it. And I really don't care for the fact, that they only give me my "money back garuntee" unless I leave a review. I think that is dishonest and shady business.

Sorry your car arrived too quickly, Michael! And sorry there was confusion around the rebate for the review. Yes, we do offer a rebate in exchange for a review (compensated reviews are marked as such on this site). We don't have a general "money back guarantee" just for using our services but we do have a "damage free guarantee", and that is phrase is used express our assistance and insurance against damage. Sorry if that was confusing. Thanks for your feedback!
