The transport was done very quickly and efficiently. Making payments and setting up the pickup and delivery times were really easy- for both, they were on time. Dale, my sales representative, was very friendly, and also the trucking service that delivered my car was also professional and reliable. My car was dirty (but of course, with an open transport, you can't get around that), but no damages were done and no items were stolen. It was delivered right to the address that I listed. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience with Ship a Car Direct.
