Gaby kept me appraised of everything during the whole process, and my driver Russell called me on both ends of the trip to make sure we were on the same page. I moved my vehicle a year ago with someone else and had a terrible experience, waiting over a week for my truck with no one answering my phone calls. Ship a Car Direct was responsive, communicative, and honest. They only deal with a few transporters that they vet themselves. To boot, they carry their own insurance in case anything goes wrong. Highly recommend!
