We were making a cross country move from GA to CA. My husband drove out solo and ended up having to get a new windshield due to debris. I wasn't about to go that route so started the search for enclosed carriers for my black Audi A4. The search was a bit mind boggling, but after seeing the reviews about Ship a Car direct and seeing all of their informational videos I contacted their company. Eric replied promptly and answered any questions I may have had. I had a very tight window for pick up and it was a little nail biting not being assigned a carrier until close to my pick up date, but I heard from others that this was not unusual. Either way, I was set up with Chris at Alpine Transport who made extra efforts to pick up my car within a safe window and the car was delivered 7 days later in perfect condition. Eric at Ship A Car Direct stayed in touch throughout the process and made sure to send reminder emails about the process and what I should be prepared for. I am hoping I don't have to ship another car anytime soon, but if I do then I'll be sure to use Ship A Car Direct.
