My son recently moved back to California and he and I had originally contemplated driving cross country from West Virginia. After being derailed by major transmission replacement we discussed other options and transporting was a major conversation. After finding out this was a very common practice we decided to consider this option and submitted a request and immediately received several quotes to pick from. I reached out to several but kept returning to my conversations with Scott. I found the other's I contacted to be rude and made to feel stupid with the questions I posed. Scott was very informative, friendly and polite. He never once made me feel I was annoying or asked dumb questions. He explained the process in detail and helped make our decision to ship an easy one. It took about a week to find a carrier and kept my informed of his progress almost daily. When I got the call there was a carrier the process moved very quickly. The evening of that call our truck was loaded and began its journey cross country. The dispatcher kept in contact with me throughout the day as well as the driver once he got close. The driver who picked up the truck was very friendly and I was very impressed with his truck and trailer set up. I met him at a local Kmart parking lot to give him plenty of room to maneuver. He carefully looked the truck over and loaded it on his trailer and off to California it went. He delivered it to my son at a predetermined location safe and sound. It was very hard handing over the keys to a perfect stranger but Scott's helpful explanation of the process and the company's interaction with the carrier made it extremely easy. I have told all my friends and relatives of my experience and I would ABSOLUTELY use this service again if ever needed. I felt the cost was very reasonable, especially considering had we driven cross country and factored in gas, food, lodging and then the real concern if we broke down while traveling. Give this company your business.....you will not be disappointed!!
