My contact was Karen. I'm afraid she was more concerned about her cat than getting this car to Nebraska. The Trucker was awesome. If you did not have such a good trucker I'm afraid I wouldn't get given you 4 stars. He connected with us from the moment he picked up the car until he delivered it.
He would get the highest recommendation from us. He told us he had been in western Nebraska the week before. We had requested that it be brought to Western Nebraska, but Karen did not connect with him. Her cat was sick, so she was at home a good part of the time. Would I recommend Ship a car Direct again? Yes. However, I would recommend that you find out the persons background and if they will be in contact better.
