Karen told me that I can put 100 lbs in the car when they pick up the car. But the driver said only 50 lbs of total goods were allowed, and everything must be in the trunk which I was not notified before. Finally, the driver hauled away the car by taking a risk to get a ticket, and told me either me or Ship a Car Direct need to pay the ticket if he got one. Lucky enough, he didn't get a ticket. But this would not be a worry if I was provided by some correct information.
