Most importantly, Car did arrive without incident. Expected pickup and drop off times were late, but due to driver miscalculations. This is tough when you are depending upon someone else to deliver and receive the car. Especially, when they have small children. Pickup and drop off days were on target. Would I use the service again, yes. This is the second carrier I have used, one prior shipment.
