I emailed Ship a Car Direct after seeing their favorable ratings on line. Dale responded on line with the cost and the procedure. I gave a pickup date about 3 weeks in advance. Dale kept me up to date by email. The day before my target date I was notified by Dale that my vehicle had been assigned and I was given the carrier name and phone number. That evening the carrier called and arranged to pick up my car about a mile from my residence. The next morning, on my target date, I met with the carrier and turned over my car. Alex, the carrier driver, told me that the vehicle should arrive on Monday. On Monday the vehicle arrived at my residence. No damage, no hassles. I highly recommend Ship a Car Direct and I intend on using them in the future. The communication from Dale was great. Very pleased!
