Customer service was friendly and attentive. Car was delivered without damage and within the estimated date after a nine day trip from the east to the west coast. I would use the same company to ship my car if I ever need it again. My pick up location was not easy to get to so I had to drop my car off at a big parking lot nearby. The drivers contacted me a day earlier with the address and time for drop off. They were on time and the process was fast and careful.
