My contact was frequently unavailable whenever I tried to call him to get an update. Mind you, this was DURING normal work hours. I often had to talk to someone completely different to get them to help me, and usually explain my situation all over again. Also, the quote he gave me initially ended up being $100.00 less than the official price we settled on, he argued that this was due to me "rushing him" even though we just barely figured out a carrier one day before I needed my car to be picked up. Probably would not recommend this company to others due to the contact I had to deal with. The carrier (Alberts Transport out of Georgia) was great though, I would recommend just going straight to them instead of having to deal with Ship-A-Car direct. They shipped my car across the country (Georgia to California) in like 4 days.
