Customer support was amazing! Emily helped me through out the whole process, and was very good at answering phone calls/emails and any questions or concerns I had. She also did an amazing job at finding me a carrier on such short notice.The carrier chosen was nice and professional and even delivered my car one day early! I had my car shipped from California to North Carolina and Ship a Car Direct quoted me an affordable and great price. This was my first time ever shipping a car and they made me feel confident and reassured that everything was going to go well. Overall, the process was smooth, simple, and easy. I would 100% recommend Ship a Car Direct with helping find a carrier. I know I will go to them again if I ever need to have my car shipped again!
