Good service in general. The car was picked up earlier than estimated. My car was at a dealer and my plan was to head over there 2 days before it would be picked up to get a few belongings. To my surpirse the car had already been picked up. I was able to get ahold of the driver of the truck that had picked up my truck quickly. He was very helpful and offered to help get anything that I needed since he had not departed the area. I gave customer service a call and someone else that wasn't responsible for my quote answered since it was Saturday. They sounded like they didn't care and hung up after I asked for her name. This got me pretty angry but I received a call shortly after from the person handling my quote shortly after, I guess whoever I contacted at customer service forwarded my concern. In the end I was appreciative that even though there where some issues, everything got sorted and everyone was very responsive. The car was in great condition.
