I had a great experience with Ship-a-car direct! The customer service rep, Emily, did a great job walking me through the process and allaying my fears that my car would be in a million pieces when it reached its destination. When I met up with the carrier, I downloaded the app and took pictures of the car as directed. The carrier, Yuriy from Unlimited Express, kept in touch with me during the entire journey, even sending me pics of my car loaded up on the top of the carrier. When they finally got to the destination, he drove it to my workplace to drop it off. There was not a scratch on it. A good outcome involves a well-orchestrated team- thanks Ship-a-car direct!
