The quoted price is only available if the customer completes a review after the car is delivered. I had to request that they allow me to complete an evaluation (and obtain the quoted price) three times before they sent me the internet link that enables you to provide the review. Be persistent in following up, or understand that you will never receive the refund that brings your cost down to the quoted price.
