Vehicle was picked up on the day requested and delivered ahead of schedule. It was delivered from California to New York in four days! Matt, the Ship-A-Car Direct contact was excellent. He was courteous, knowledgeable, honest and up-front and he always responded promptly to calls and E-mails and was available during the entire process whenever I had questions or concerns. Also, Eugene, the MK Transportation driver, was excellent as well. He was courteous and delivered the car ahead of schedule with no problems. Despite having some reservations before doing this based on negative experiences we had heard about, we were very impressed with the whole process and would definitely go this route again.
