It was a nice experience with Eric who was taking care of my move. He is easily reachable and he responded to my emails quickly. Totally they are awesome. We need not bother anything when we go with ship a car direct. They are very good. But unfortunately I was having little issues with the Truck driver. This is not the case with everyone. When the truck was arrived, I was capturing a video of how the Hydraulics work to bring the car out. But the truck driver who was operating the hydraulics stopped it and came to me suddenly and shouting 'stop recording' 'stop recording', I was a bit nervous with this behaviour suddenly. Then he told, give my money, only then i will give your car. He was behaving as if i am going to cheat him. I was totally upset with this behaviour.
Earlier i withdrew amount as $5X45, $5X45 and $20X8 = $650. So I wrote this denomination in a paper to make them easily understand what I am paying and how I am paying. I gave him the sheet first when he told 'give my money, i will give your car'. He was little tensed and asked me, "what is this? I dont need this". Again I calmed him saying, please wait boss. Then I gave him the money. He was grabbing it. He counted it. Then went away and operated the hydraulics and landed my car. I was upset and irritated with this behaviour. Finally I didn't even have the mind set to say thank you. Later I sent a Text message to him that, i was not happy with his behaviour and due to that I didnt say thanks. He replied, he was tensed because i was recording him. I replied I didnt have any intention to record him, but the hydraulic operation. Then he really felt sorry and apologized for making me uncomfortable. I was happy that finally he realized the way he behaved and felt for that. That is what human kind and he repented.
