The company once engaged was competent and I was assigned a contact person directly reachable. Once I finally had a transporter nailed down was happy, but had me concerned it was a mere 3 days before pick-up. Next time warn clients of cash required on delivery, not something I appreciated as the deposit was put on a credit card, glad I had a local branch of a national bank to get such. Also, I understand the logistics of getting cars loaded but again warn people that can be at 11 at night, not what I was expecting. However, both cars made it, and I truly appreciated that the cars were dropped off on a narrow street less than a block from our hotel in our new home city and earlier than expected, thrilled.
